As we begin another month of social distancing, it’s impossible not to think of the people that make our Museum so vibrant—in particular, the artist community. This week, we’re showing our support with a list of resources for artists and arts organizations, one artist’s recipe for comfort food, and an invitation to contribute to a collective artwork. We’re also sharing artworks MoMA staff have looked to for solace.

What is inspiring you lately? Drop us a line at magazine@moma.org and let us know what you’d like to see more of.

This Thursday, Virtual Views continues with an online exploration of the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden, home to many artist projects over the years. Join Ann Temkin, the Marie-Josée and Henry Kravis Chief Curator of Painting and Sculpture, and Peter Reed, Senior Deputy Director of Curatorial Affairs, for a live Q&A at 8:00 p.m. about our “oasis in the city.”

Our shout-out this week goes to Performa’s Radical Broadcast series, which is streaming live performances daily, “inspired by Nam June Paik’s legendary experiments with satellite television broadcast in the early 80s.”
